Beauty service clients from local chats
We collect manicure, makeup, hair, brows and home-visit artist requests from Telegram messages.
- Clients pick artists by reply speed, availability and portfolio.
- Requests are scattered across women’s, district and event chats.
- There are more artist promos than real client requests.

Request examples
- "Need home manicure"
- "Makeup artist for photoshoot"
- "Who can do early morning styling on Friday?"
- "Need brows and makeup before an event"
Quality criteria
- Service or event is named
- Date, district, home visit or urgency is present
- Message comes from a client, not an artist
- Price lists, portfolios and cross-promo are filtered out
What a workable request looks like
A manager does not need topic chatter. They need a message they can answer with a concrete offer: ask one clarifying question, name a price, show an option or move the contact into work.
- it is clear what the person is looking for and why
- timeline, budget, district, format or other working context is present
- the person is choosing a provider, product or consultation
- the message can go to a manager without reading the whole chat history
What we do not send to the work channel
The work channel should not become a second copy of the Telegram chat. It should skip noise that does not help a manager start a sale.
- listings and offers from providers themselves
- experience, rules and news discussions without a service request
- recommendations without a concrete client task
- messages where it is unclear what is needed, where and when
Where Filtent finds requests
Filtent monitors Telegram chats you provide yourself or selects sources by niche and geo. These are usually work, neighborhood, tourist, expat and niche chats.
The number of sources depends on the city, country and demand volume: some niches need 10–20 active chats, others use up to 200 sources.
How to connect your niche
Open the Filtent bot, pick niche 🚗 and city — we show sample requests and wire your team chat via /connect.
For core niches, filters are already built: demand phrases, stop-words and scoring are included upfront. Narrow niche customization is handled through a manager and agreed separately.
How we separate clients from artist promos
Beauty chats contain lots of portfolios, price lists and self-promo. Filtent looks for messages where a person asks for a service tied to a date, event, district or home visit.
- manicure, makeup, styling, brows, hair
- date, event, photoshoot, home visit
- client request instead of artist price list or portfolio
